Milkies Dessert Parlour
A full shop fit-out taken from a stripped-back shell to a fully tiled, trading dessert parlour — plumbing, tiling, electrical containment and a bespoke counter build.
What we did
Milkies came to us as an empty unit needing to become a working dessert parlour. Work started with a full strip-out and first-fix plumbing — new pipework, a water pump installation and a fresh gas supply for the appliances, alongside containment for the CCTV and electrical wiring throughout the unit.
The centrepiece of the fit-out is the counter: built from scratch and finished in a bold teal metro tile, with a curved glass display cabinet set into the tiled run. The tiling continues up a feature pillar and across the splashback behind the prep area, tying the whole counter together.
We stayed on site through to completion — the gallery below follows the job from bare shell, through tiling, to the parlour open and serving customers.
