A full commercial fit-out for a new Chicking fried chicken restaurant — gas, plumbing and shop fit-out delivered to a fixed opening date.
What we did
A new restaurant launch runs on a fixed date, and every trade has to land in the right order to hit it. Dynasty Interiors carried out the gas and plumbing installation for the kitchen equipment, alongside the wider shop fit-out — counters, seating booths and feature walling built to the branded layout.
The dining area was fitted with wood-effect panelling, patterned booth dividers and a mix of table and bench seating, with the service counter finished in red and timber to match the brand. Signage zones and wall graphics were built into the layout from the start, rather than added as an afterthought.
The result is a unit that opened on schedule, fully certified for gas and ready to trade from day one.
